It is the policy of the Live Events Industry of Oregon (“LEIO”) to comply with all federal and state antitrust laws.  All of the LEIO meetings shall follow an agenda.  During our meetings, any discussion of matters relating to competition between or among our members or meeting attendees, or relating to practices that may restrain trade with third parties, is not permitted.  These prohibited subjects include prices, territories, boycotts, or any other statements that may be construed as anti-competitive.  We meet in order to foster the exchange of information by and between members of the Oregon Events Industry, and the businesses who provide services for the industry.  While engaging in these activities, the attendees must avoid any discussions with competitors about any Oregon Events business’s clients and customers, or matters involving pricing, sales terms, territories, product offerings, or any other element of competition.
